A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that helps a website identify your browser, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses. Similar technologies — such as your browser's local storage — do the same job, and this policy covers them too.

• Strictly necessary — keeping you signed in and your session secure. The platform stores your access token in your browser so you are not asked to sign in on every page. Without these the product cannot work, so they are not optional.
• Functionality — remembering choices such as interface preferences, so the product behaves the way you left it.
• Analytics — where enabled, understanding which marketing pages are useful. These are about this website, not about the contents of your HR records.
• Advertising measurement — our public marketing pages use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, so that when we run ads we can tell which of them brought people here. It sets two cookies, _fbp and _fbc, which identify a browser and the ad it arrived from. We send Meta the page being viewed and, when someone submits the demo or sales form, the fact that a request was made together with the company-size range they picked. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company name or anything you typed into the message field.

This runs on the public marketing pages only. It is not loaded anywhere inside the signed-in platform, so no page you visit while working in Nexa People — no employee record, payroll run or report — is reported to Meta or to any other advertising network.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal data.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and their help pages explain how. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and stop parts of the platform working — that is a consequence of what they do, not a dark pattern.

We update this policy as the product changes; the date at the top always reflects the current version. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains the wider picture.
