Referral questions
Anyone: customers, HR consultants, accountants, partners or a friend who works in HR. You don't need to use Nexa People yourself.
A company that isn't already a Nexa People customer or in talks with our team, referred through this form with the contact's permission. For the demo gift card, the person must be a decision-maker at a company with 50 or more employees.
15% of the customer's first-year subscription, up to $3,000 per referral. On top of that, a $100 gift card when a qualifying company completes a demo, and $500 extra on every 3rd successful referral in a calendar year.
The demo gift card is sent within 30 days of the demo. The revenue share is paid once the customer has paid for 90 days, so if they cancel inside that window there is no payout.

Yes. Referrals for Nexa People, Nexa Recruiter or both earn the same rewards, calculated on whatever the customer subscribes to.
There's no limit on how many teams you refer. Demo gift cards are capped at 3 per person per quarter, and each referral's revenue share is capped at $3,000.

Terms: rewards are paid in USD or the local equivalent. The revenue share is 15% of subscription fees the referred company pays in its first 12 months, capped at $3,000 per company, and is paid once they have paid for 90 days. Demo gift cards require a completed demo with a decision-maker at a company with 50+ employees, are limited to 3per person per quarter and one per company. A company can only be referred once; the first valid referral counts. Existing customers and companies already in talks with us don't qualify. Nexa People may verify referrals and withhold rewards for submissions that don't meet these terms, and may change or end the programme at any time without affecting rewards already earned.
